I bought a GTX 1070 Ti card about 1.5 years ago and tried messing with it using software called MSI Afterburner to make it run faster. I was testing the speed limits in my game, GTA 5, when after running for just five minutes on high settings, the computer crashed completely and I had to restart everything from scratch. When I did that, I reset all my clock speeds back to normal because I didn't want any more crashes. Since then, I haven't changed anything, but lately I'm seeing something weird: my game shows way more than 100 frames per second, yet the GPU is only using about 5% of its power. This makes me confused because even in games like Call of Duty MW, Warzone, and Metro Exodus, when I run them on this same card, the CPU uses up to 40% but the GPU stays at zero percent load while the CPU does all the heavy lifting. I don't really know what's wrong with my setup anymore.

I also used MSI Afterburner and Task Manager to see how much my GPU was using.
