I recently installed a new case and graphics card (upgraded to an MSI Suprim RTX 3080 from a Zotac 2080 Super). I'm experiencing low FPS (60-80 at 1080p) across most games I play, like CSGO and Forza Horizon 5. I've checked the NVIDIA Control panel settings and reduced game resolutions without improving performance. My GeForce drivers are version 516.94. Any advice would be helpful. I also ran the BMW blender render to compare with the RTX 3080's expected performance. My system includes an Intel i9-9900KS, 64GB Cosair Vengeance Pro, 3600MHZ DDR4 RAM, MSI Suprim X RTX 3080, 10GB GPU, 850W power supply, and ASUS ROG Maximus XI with Windows 10.

Did you test DDU? This should be your first step if you're facing issues after switching GPUs. Update the latest GPU drivers and download DDU. Turn off internet/ethernet, restart in safe mode, run DDU as administrator and delete all GPU drivers. Then boot back into normal Windows and reinstall them. After that, connect the internet again.
