With each Windows update I receive, I begin to encounter some issues, such as the start menu failing to respond when I click the Windows button. This only occurs during updates that require my computer to restart. It seems strange and difficult to describe.

Monitor the hard drive indicator; if it's lit, the system is active. Be gentle and wait a bit.

I noticed a similar issue in an older Windows 10 version before 1803. RMB was supported, but the left mouse button didn’t work. After updating and restarting everything functioned properly. It seems the update might be connected to this part of Windows or possibly the GPU, as I only saw this on a machine with an internal GPU.
