I set up my new motherboard today, the RGB lights were functioning, but everything else wasn’t. I couldn’t even power on the PC. I double-checked all the cables and even replaced a few. I’m stuck and really need some advice.

Have you attempted to jump the board? Is the PC connected to a power source such as an outlet or extension cord (may seem obvious, but my friend couldn't fully start his PC because of the extension cord)?

It attempted without using the GPU and started running without it, but it displays a black screen and doesn’t shut down.

You're in a tough spot, but don't worry—there are ways to get back up. Once you're in BIOS, look for options to disable your GPU and save any changes before exiting. If you need help, let me know what steps you're stuck on!

I'm not sure what you mean by "my friend." Could you clarify the name or context so I can help update the bio accurately?
