I looked up XMP in the bios but found nothing. Then I checked Google for instructions on disabling it, and in a video I saw that where XMP was replaced with D.O.C.P., they were referring to the same setting. If that’s correct, it means the two are the same thing.

I adjusted the CPU voltage from auto to 1.2 but failed to load Windows, resulting in a black screen. I then reverted to auto.

You should have adjusted the cores correctly, as mentioned in my previous response. Begin at 3600 and raise it until the system begins to crash.
