Google Play indicates incompatibility with your Chromebook or phone, suggesting it needs advanced graphics capabilities. The fixes you suggested may lack the necessary drivers to connect your GPU with the Android platform the game uses. Running virtualization without a GPU results in poor performance even for basic video tasks.

this is a fairly high performance emulator that works on Linux and the free version has everything you need, you can give it a try: https://www.genymotion.com/

You might benefit from using the android_x86 image in QEMU/KVM with single GPU VFIO, which could improve Play Store functionality with solid performance.

Anbox supports running Android applications without needing hardware emulation. It also doesn’t rely on any special anti-tampering methods.

I recently explored this method myself for testing reasons. It’s primarily used to check performance. I execute it through GameLoop on a Windows 11 system built from scratch, and my processor shows significant strain. The CPU usage tends to drop when using Linux Mint 21.1, which aligns with what I’ve noticed. While Android emulator apps perform well, none include the KBM controller emulator for games like GameLoop or Bluestacks. Most functional solutions require a Bluetooth KBM or cost more. With budget constraints, purchasing new apps isn’t feasible, especially if they don’t meet expectations. For those who prefer avoiding Windows, using GameLoop would be ideal since it’s developed by the creators of CoD Mobile and PUBG Mobile for these titles. If your system has a solid CPU, it should handle it smoothly. For context, here are my hardware details: Motherboard – Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H V2 (Rev 1.1); RAM – 16 GB DDR4; CPU – AMD Athlon x4 950 @ 3.50 GHz; GPU – Radeon RX 550 4 GB (GDDR5); VRAM – 1.18 GHz; Storage – SSD and HDD as listed; Power – 500 W.
