I don't understand how the T7400 will handle the mod. Dell motherboards aren't really eager to overclock. If your card supports 400MHz, then yes—you're basically setting the base clock and it's a good start. However, PCI-e and RAM might not be as receptive. It's worth trying!

I just applied a small strip of electrical tape on 1 for the BSEL mod. When reviewing the VID, the recommended steps are to connect VID 5 to ground on its left side, VID02 to ground below it, and VID1, which seems impractical to achieve 1.3750. You’d likely need to adjust back to 1.3625 or go all the way up to 1.3875.
