In the first place I had a Ryzen 3 1200, a GTX 1050 2GB and 8 GB ram. I upgraded my PC to a Ryzen 5 2600 OC to 3.9 GHZ, a GTX 1660 6GB Vram and 16GB ram dual rank at 3200MHz. I'm playing on the exact same settings on even the same map and there is no preformance increase at all pretty much. Any suggiestions? Could it be a software issue or is the game just that badly optimised? Anything is appreciated

ASRock AB350M-HDV, I didn't consider the PSU and it lacks any labels. I'm thinking about swapping it soon.
