It seems there isn't a straightforward way to adjust the CMOS setting without proper software. Adjusting the BIOS can reset the system, but using incorrect RAM or failing to configure it properly might damage the motherboard.
The Asus bio isn't great. I've been checking the bios in search of something like this, but I haven't found any matches.
I've dealt with this a few times, and the usual process works well. But once in a while, a fresh install of windows solves it entirely. The hardware reservation changed from 4GB to 86MB after the last update, which helped. It wasn't too long, so I was fine. If you're not interested, just keep it on your radar, but don't delay—otherwise, another fix might be needed since people usually resist reinstalling too much stuff.
Avoid loading the iGPU sometimes refers to surroundView or multiView, but it rarely focuses on iGPU alone... usually mentioned as enabling or disabling multiple monitors. Turning it off is the recommended step. The BIOS should also include default hotkeys to reset to optimized settings—press F1 in your BIOS menu to see the available keys. After that, configure your boot drive, RAM speeds, and continue from there.
