Hello, I noticed your hardware reserved memory has changed recently—from 2.1 to 4.6. You tried some online fixes but didn’t see improvement. Upgrading the RAM seems like a possibility, though it’s now showing 6.1 out of 12. Also, when you open the laptop without the charger, it reverts to 2.1 reserved, and sometimes you get a blue or black screen on the main display, followed by a green screen on the second monitor. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Because it runs on an AMD platform, you can adjust how much RAM is allocated for VRAM through the BIOS settings—just avoid restricting it excessively.

I’d like to try, though it seems I’m missing the advanced options for my BIOS. I’ve checked for a while now and still couldn’t locate them, and after an hour of searching, I haven’t found any results.

I'd argue it's Lenovo's responsibility, as they've previously restricted certain features, leaving only their premium ThinkPads accessible.

I attempted this two years ago and couldn't activate the feature in a Lenovo ThinkPad named "Legacy IDE Mode." Intel confirmed their chipset could handle it, but a user on the forums noted Lenovo had disabled it by default.

In the end I discovered the software I installed on my laptop, a 4GB non-removable RAM, isn't functioning properly. The 2.1 version is for AMD shared memory, and everything beyond that seems to be broken.

SMT refers to AMD's multi-threading technology. It seems confusing why it consumes more RAM, especially since AMD has had other issues before.
