Yesterday I changed my main machine's Linux setup to Kernel 6.0.0-2-amd64 for Devuan Linux (Daedalus/Ceres). Now, after about thirty minutes of minimal use—primarily watching YouTube—I received a series of error messages in my notifications. I’m keeping three terminal windows open: one for OpenRGB, another for Radeon Profile, and a third for any tasks I need to tackle later. The messages describe various issues I encountered. On an old forum from nine years ago, people explained these errors as either a failing CPU or possibly a memory issue due to a solar flare, since I don’t have ECC protection. Personally, the most probable cause seems to be the recent kernel upgrade, as I’ve only been using it for a short time. I’m unsure if this is something to be concerned about, but replacing hardware after just three months would definitely be a hassle.

Yes, mcelog is available at https://www.mcelog.org/. You may encounter similar errors when reverting to an older kernel, and these issues might reappear after switching to a newer kernel.

I had been using previous versions for more than three months without any issues, starting from 5.18. It was only this once today. So far I've managed about an hour without any of these errors. I'm planning to wait a week to check if anything appears again, as that's what the old forums suggested. I appreciate you providing this tool for me.
