The Windows memory diagnostic indicated both drives had bad sectors leading to errors. Earlier, I faced a similar issue where swapping RAM resolved it. Using different cables and a PSU from another brand didn’t help, possibly damaging the RAM. It’s still uncertain, but there might be a connection.
Hello TofuHaroto. I wanted to share some updates about my system. I replaced the RAM and ran a Memory Diagnostic Tool again—no issues found with the new RAM. *That’s good!* I also reset the whole PC (not just reinstalling from USB). For a short time, everything worked fine. Then I installed Chrome, Nvidia GeForce Experience, and the required drivers. Everything functioned smoothly except when trying to stream YouTube, which triggered a major BSOD. I’m not sure what caused that error, but it hasn’t happened since then (about 12 hours ago). I’m worried it might happen again. I really need help!
TofuHaroto recently reset the CMOS after adding new RAM. I haven’t adjusted any speeds, though I’m unsure if my motherboard supports auto-overclocking out of the box. I’m running a Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO, while another Intel system uses a Z390 Aorus series with a default CPU upgrade profile.
Hello, I understand you're experiencing the same problem. A clean installation might have resolved it for some users. Would you like to share more details?
