After several weeks of testing, I suspect the recent BSOD could be due to hardware issues. I started checking RAM and it resolved the problem. The Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool confirmed hardware faults. It's still running, so I'm looking for advice on what to do next.

The specifications are listed below... CPU: Ryzen 7 3800X (stock, non-overclocked) GPU: Gigabyte 2080Ti RAM: Corsair Vengeance Rgb Pro DDR4 3200MHz C16 16GB (8GB x 2) MOBO: Gigabyte X570 Aorus Pro (BIOS F10 version, I think) SSD: Corsair MP600 PCIe Gen4 1TB PSU: Something 850W Gold AIO: Corsair H115i XT. I'll try cmos and retest it now. === I'll update my event log result on the main post too. ===

I’m trying to understand your question. Could you clarify what you mean by “what should be doing”?

Short for "Direct Over Clock Profile," this feature allows custom RAM speed and timing settings. It wasn't listed in your motherboard manual, but you can check the BIOS under DOCP or D.O.C.P for details.

I activated only the XMP2.0 settings. The only auto-overclock feature available was for RAM.

You could try running memtest86 or the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool once more, of course. It might have made a difference...

It looks like the RAM module might be defective. I plan to try various RAM sticks tomorrow. Appreciate your help!
