Issue details: The system restarted but displayed a blue screen and crashed. No crash log found in the "Window's Reliability History." BIOS did not recognize RAM in slots B1 and B2, though the RBG module still lit up. Despite previous RAM replacements (including an RMA), the problem persisted. The sticks came from different packages. Previously, bad RAM caused boot failures, but now the computer starts Windows normally. Seeking advice on possible causes and further help.
consider using a keyboard cleaner to clean the slot; I think it's unlikely the RAM will fail again, though it's still a possibility. the RGB should function normally, since power isn't being cut from the slot even if the board has problems. the best way to figure this out would be to test your RAM on another computer or try different RAM in each slot on your own machine.
BIOS is the latest version for the board. It could be a faulty motherboard, but that might not be within my testing capacity right now. My next step was checking if any RAM sticks were truly dead by testing them in pairs to identify which ones failed. Knowing this gives me confidence that the RBG will work regardless of issues. I gained some insight.
If covered by warranty, you can return the item for an RMA and receive a replacement.
