Hello, your question is clear. The motherboard supports 3200MHz RAM according to the datasheet. However, the seller advised against using a single 16GB RAM at 3200MHz due to stability concerns. They suggested a 16GB RAM with 2666MHz instead. Based on that advice, you should have been cautious about your choice. It seems you didn’t fully trust their recommendation, but it’s good to verify the specifications yourself before purchasing.

There are nearly 50 verified functional 3200mhz memory kits compatible with this motherboard. It seems you were misled, as the seller might have earned more by offering faster shipping. Please leave a 1-star review and request a return of the items. At least consider sending back the hardware for a better deal elsewhere. QVL list: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-H610...upport#mem

Hello, just confirming the refund request for RAM. I’m unsure if it will be processed, but I’ll give it a try. For budget RAM models, both 3200MHz and 2666MHz are comparable in cost.

The motherboard does accommodate 3200 mhz, as you originally hoped. The seller, for some reason, pushed you toward lower-quality components. Although MSI lists nearly 50 verified working 3200 mhz RAM sticks, they wouldn’t have included them on their QVL if there were stability problems. Yes, I’d return at least the memory to get better performance. Personally, I wouldn’t be impressed with this seller, so I’d return everything—pricing and lack of trust are my main reasons.

Funny tale, my girlfriend lives far away from me. Once I handed her my old parts so she could assemble her own machine. We realized we needed an extra case fan, so we skipped the wait and headed to a nearby computer shop. It was winter, and they had plenty of prebuilt units, but also offered repairs and other stuff. They had a lot of flashy stuff but no brains or skill. When I asked if they had fans, the staff blinked and said, "No sir, it's winter—no fans in stock." I had to clearly state we needed computer fans. Eventually, he brought back some cheap, generic ones. (Fine for her old PC) The screws were tricky too; I had to dig through their bin and explain how to cut threads into the plastic casing myself. TL;DR: I warned my girlfriend never to visit this shop again—staff had zero computer knowledge and were just plain clueless.
