Hello, I checked the jayztwocents video you mentioned. If you need your intel CPU to function properly, follow the latest BIOS updates and switch to the default Intel settings, also enable XMP. I’m currently stuck in a BIOS loop and keep reloading the flash 3 tool. My CPU has Windows installed, but it still boots into BIOS and isn’t recognizing Windows. I’ve tried restoring to the default settings, but it didn’t work. I’m looking for guidance and any tips online would be helpful.

1. power off the PC completely
2. disconnect it from the electrical outlet
3. hold the power switch for 5 to 10 seconds to release stored energy
4. take out the CMOS battery
5. re-energize the switch again
6. wait 10 to 15 seconds before reinserting the CMOS battery
7. reconnect the PC and start the system

These additional steps help guarantee a thorough reset and complete clearing of settings.

I figured it out, but the battery didn’t help. It seems the BIOS is flashing again now. Thanks for the tip, even if it didn’t work this time!
