While powering on the PC, the HDD started up and the PSU fan began spinning, but the chassis, CPU, and fan didn’t respond. This had occurred multiple times before, and eventually it functioned normally afterward. Note: Model P7P55 WS SuperComputer, CPU i5-750, GPU R9 380.

The indicator on the MB also changes its brightness slowly.
