To resolve this, I bought a USB drive, installed Linux Mint on it using a backup PC, and attempted to boot from USB. However, I couldn’t access the BIOS or boot menu. Now, when I turn on the PC, it powers up but nothing appears on the screen—no display of the IPASON logo.
I assumed the BIOS was separate from the hard drive. What’s happening? Any suggestions?
