Hello Everyone, I'm facing a problem where the BIOS recognizes the HDD but when trying to boot it shows an error saying "NO BOOT DEVICE FOUND." After that, it switches the boot priority to the CD drive instead, and the HDD disappears from the BIOS view. I have to restart the BIOS to see the HDD again and adjust the boot priority to the correct drive, which also has Windows installed. This issue keeps happening repeatedly.

Details: ASUS P8H67-M LX ACPI BIOS, Revision 1701, Intel Core 15-2500K, 3300MHz, 4096MB DDR3, USB devices detected (keyboard and mouse), SATA3G_1 and ST31000524AS listed.

Are there unusual, repeated sounds coming from the hard drive? Consider booting from a live setup such as Parted Magic or Hiren's Boot CD and inspect the drive using a SMART tool.

I can't capture images directly. However, you can view the list of available boot devices in the BIOS by checking the BIOS menu options for boot settings. Some systems display them under UEFI or legacy configurations. A single drive may show two entries depending on its type.
