Handling the letdown from MGSV
Handling the letdown from MGSV
I think you're feeling let down by the script, aren't you? I get it. The gameplay is solid (at least), but the situation doesn't quite match the others. It's disappointing since those small moments of clever turns are really nice. But there just aren't enough of them.
Feeling excited and setting high hopes can actually hinder your experience when playing a game. To truly appreciate new titles, keep an open mind and treat them like a fresh start. This doesn’t mean simplifying them, but being ready to explore and enjoy whatever they offer. The issue arises when we mentally prepare for a game by assuming we already know its purpose or how it should entertain us.
Alright. I gave in and have put about 5 hours in......and I love it. The only complaint I really hate is the save system is atrocious. If I make one mistake and want to go back and try again it literally takes me back like 30 minutes or even longer. Pretty annoying.
In the initial trailer, they revealed what the game would entail. I’m wondering where you found your details about the game beyond the trailers?
