I haven’t finished the testing yet, but I changed the RAM slots and there’s no display screen or anything in this setup (slots 1 and 3). I’m expecting reduced stability but no booting at all seems unusual. Could my CPU be failing because the memory controllers aren’t working properly? I plan to switch RAM and continue testing.

No power connection at all because RAM slots 1 and 3 are not wired properly on the motherboard. Expected outcome is typical.

I also observed that the system displays only 31.15GB of RAM. Not sure if that's typical for a DDR5 setup.

Windows now runs smoothly, the issue is resolved and Civ6 continues to function without any exceptions.
