It seems like the device won't display anything when you connect it. The issue isn't clear yet.

I resolved the issue, but I took a risky step by making the entire drive unallocated. Now it isn’t showing up in File Explorer, and Disk Management isn’t loading. Oops.

I fixed it. What i just had to do was wait for file explorer to load, right click the drive, click format, wait for that to load, and format it, and do the same for the other partition. then, i deleted all partitions, and extended the partition, and after a few hurdles, i formatted it from raw to NTFS and now it works!
