Guys, I know this is a big issue, and everyone is freaking out. Calm down, Valve has already shut down the servers. In the meantime: -Do not do anything. Do not visit Store links, do not purchase games, do not view your Account info, nothing. -If you are already logged in, you can stay logged in, just do not touch anything. -If you happen to log into someone's account, be a good sport and don't mess with their stuff. -If you have any pre-purchase approvals such as PayPal, remove them from Steam THROUGH PAYPAL. DO NOT TOUCH STEAM. We just need to wait this out and keep calm. I'm sure Valve will make a public announcement about this shortly. Maybe we'll get a free game or something. If you have a credit or debit card attached to your account, do not worry as the user logged into your account still needs a CVV or CVC to make any purchases. I know there are a lot of Steam posts but I just wanted to tell everyone what is the best thing to do right now. I am trying my best to keep on this topic and I will update this post regarding any new information. Feel free to discuss, mods if there are already too many Steam posts please take this one down. Thanks!
They've turned off the servers, but it's wise to stay prepared.
Just switched to offline mode, and I'm still able to play games :3
