Halo 6 hasn't been officially released yet. Early information suggests it may focus on PC, but details remain limited. The main concern is whether the game will be available for players on personal computers.

No way, it's unlikely.

It depends on the context, but generally it’s because the software or service is designed to run on a personal computer.

Halo 5 wasn't released until 2018, which is not considered a short timeframe for game development. Many of Microsoft's titles are now available on the Windows Store and Steam. It seems he might be following current trends.

Correct. Considering we got gears of war ultimate edition. Then we got forza 6 apex. Then halo forge. Then Recore Soon forza horizon 3. The next forza motorsport is confirmed for pc. I would say there's a 99% chance that we will get the next halo. Though Microsoft have a habit of being bell ends so yes, it is just a prediction.

Halo 5 Forge and Halo Wars 2 are set to launch on PC, increasing the chances of a PC version as well. Microsoft is also working toward a single Windows platform. Offering Xbox play anywhere—purchasing once and using across devices—adds to this likelihood.
