Can you assist me in getting half rate vsync on an AMD card to run PC games smoothly at 30 or 60 fps on a 60Hz or 120Hz display? I understand NVIDIA offers half rate adaptive sync, but I’m not finding a reliable method for the AMD side. Capping frames isn’t helping because it only limits FPS without fixing frame consistency.
