I can share images. It was accurate for a year, but I just reinstalled Windows a few days ago after successfully launching it.

Apologies if it wasn't clear. The problems began earlier, and I assumed a similar cause to yours—possibly a software issue—so I performed a fresh installation, but the outcome remained unchanged.

The machine contains more software than just the operating system. Drivers are often considered first. If the issue were a Windows update, simply reinstalling it won't resolve the problem. A faulty IHS might cause uneven flatness, making cooling more difficult but not altering its core functionality.
