I possess this instruction. You'll need gibmacos, here: https://github.com/corpnewt/gibMacOS. Install the .zip file and execute gibmacos.bat. We’ll proceed to run it with admin privileges. A catalog will appear—type 'r' and press enter. Now we see recovery packages. Select the full install of macOS Catalina. Remember, you must pick a complete installer; otherwise your hackintosh setup won’t function. K, the 500MB file will download. Next, obtain a 16GB or larger flash drive. Run makeinstall.bat as administrator. After the prompt, choose your drive by number and leave it as clover boot loader. Once completed, place the EFI folder in your VM. The kexts’ download links are included in the description, guiding you to build the folder. A guide for assembling the EFI folder is also provided in the description. Launch VMWare, create a new virtual machine—Ubuntu 64bit, 6GB RAM, 60GB storage, USB controller. Use plgbt.iso, a bootable ISO for flash drives in VMs. This setup should allow you to boot into Clover and access the internet installer.
