Uncertain about this, the CoC warns against hackintoshes, but as spwath mentioned, what if you purchase the disks? I believed it was okay as long as you used a current Apple device to install the OS and then stopped using that device until you ceased using the hackintosh.

No, it violates the agreement and breaking the contract is a breach of contract, which is illegal in most places. It isn't typically enforced.

The EULA states you're limited to using it on Apple devices. Installing it elsewhere violates the agreement.
