Haben Sie ein Problem mit der CPU?
This clearly indicates a CPU bottleneck. While you can attempt to overclock the i5-4690K (around 4.6GHz to 4.8GHz), there are constraints from core count and the Haswell architecture. Replacing it with a newer chipset would need... Updated CPU, compatible board, DDR4 RAM upgrade
Your CPU overclocking won’t provide the cores and threads required for today’s games. An upgrade is necessary. I suggest a Ryzen 5 3600 with B450 board and 16GB or DDR4 RAM, preferably 3400MHz or higher.
I think I'm currently using an DDR3, maybe it's time to upgrade.
If you had purchased an i7-4790k, you could still get by a little longer—but the quad-core i5 with just four threads has been having issues for some time. You might think about the Ryzen 7 3700X if you can afford it and don’t need frequent upgrades. Having eight cores would keep things running well even longer. At least 3600 clock speed should handle next-gen titles (like PS5).
