No such thing exists. Opt for what you can get now and save up a bit longer to afford the 6600xt and the B series motherboard. It’s not about being future-proof, but it gives you flexibility for a better CPU later if necessary.

12100f works fine with both the h610 and 6600xt without any extra setup. For "future proofing" the b660 is better, though the performance gap between a 580 and 6600xt is noticeable. If you choose the h610, you can get the 6600xt, but not with the b660. The price difference between H610 and B660 motherboards isn't that large. I'm dealing with the same issue now, but I can say the b660 chipset offers more capabilities than the h610. It provides greater front panel connectivity and supports memory overclocking beyond 3200 MHz. B660 boards also feature improved heatsinks around the processor, which can boost performance when paired with a suitable cooler. To your questions, the b660 board offers better upgrade potential for future upgrades, though it may not be the best choice if you're on a tight budget. Your 3600 RAM works fine on the h610 but will run at 3200 MHz on the b660. The 12100f is compatible with most mid-range GPUs, while the 580 and 590 are acceptable but won't handle modern titles well. The 6600xt, 6650 or a 3060 would be excellent choices for long-term performance. The main constraint for GPU support is your power supply unit.
