Hello! I own an H310m-Hg4 by Asrock. Sometimes, when I take my GPU out for a clean install (just as an example), after putting it back in, the PCI X16 slot stays set to X8 3.0 or X1 3.0. To fix this, I need to reset the BIOS and remove my RAM sticks, then reinstall the GPU in X16 3.0. This issue might be due to limitations in the H310m chipset PCI lanes or possibly the CPU (i5 9400f). Thanks!
