So I have an H220x that requires some maintenance, and I thought I’d make a few changes at once. I’m cleaning out the loop, swapping out the hose for clear ones, and adding transparent blue (UV) liquid while I’m taking it out of my case. It’s pretty straightforward, just not sure where to start other than distilled water and a biocide (I bought some PT Nuke). I need some clear tubing and blue dye—I’m not sure what to get, which is why I’m reaching out.

It's important to remember that soft tubing tends to become cloudy with use, so plan accordingly. For the fluid, you can purchase concentrate from EK and mix it with distilled water to create your solution. They also offer a UV Blue concentrate option.

you can choose 3/8 inner diameter and 5/8 outer diameter or use 10mm/16mm tubing
i have used primochill lrt without any problems before
when removing the reservoir window for cleaning, be very careful not to over-tighten those small screws during reassembly, otherwise it might crack
alternatively, you can opt for primochill lrt uv blue tubing and skip dyeing

you can also use primochill lrt uv blue tubing without worrying about dye
i've faced issues where dye from tubes contaminated the coolant, particularly with soft tubes, so i suggest avoiding it. a colored cooling fluid concentrate mixed with distilled water is a safer and better option.
