I purchased the game once it was released. I attempted to log in but security prompts me to reset my password. Changing it leads to errors and directs me to support. Resetting via email also fails with issues. I’ve already submitted a ticket, but it hasn’t been addressed in nearly 24 hours. I’m unsure what else I can do since I previously tried recovering my account months ago without success.

Wait for their reply on your ticket and trust you'll be assisted. 24 hours isn't that much time.

Did you get the latest update? The game was divided into two versions: Just Survive and King of the Kill. Make sure to look in your Steam account, you should have both releases.
