H1Z1
H1Z1
I was really excited about this game but they pushed it back nine months... If it stays delayed, I’d prefer it wouldn’t seem like it’s already in alpha. Also, the pay-to-win aspect seems pretty obvious there.
I hope people explore the game rules more. A good example of pay-to-win is when you want a weapon and pay real money for one that only others can get without grinding or paying themselves. You get instant access to it, which gives you an unfair edge—something that doesn’t happen in h1z1.
To get weapons, purchase Airdrop tickets and receive a drop that probably includes firearms. It definitely works as P2W.
Notice the missing elements. The process isn't immediate; it unfolds step by step. You wait for the airdrop to arrive, which travels slowly and loudly. This signals everyone to prepare as it approaches. The drop zone covers a wide area—roughly 500 to 700 meters—so you must search thoroughly. Once the crate lands, all players scramble to claim it. You’ll face other survivors and zombies that also arrive with the package. Opening it takes about 15 seconds, leaving you exposed while you do so. Every decision matters. Purchasing an airdrop key only lets you trigger a server event for others to join in. It’s not like grabbing a weapon from a menu and getting it right away. I’ve played since launch and don’t watch reviews or videos. Oh, and losing everything on death is a harsh reality—so be ready. If you manage to defeat everyone and grab a gun, someone will ambush you with a bow and arrow, using equipment that appears every time they spawn.
Are you sure? The games don’t even offer any real reward for winning anymore. It’s simpler to locate a weapon in the game than protect your airdrop. Every weapon can be found within the game. The only items that make sense to purchase are the skin versions of the tee shirts.
