Nope. 3220 is non-K. You can try and overclock the CPU strap, that's it. You will want to under clock the RAM before you do that so as not to push it too. OC RAM is useless and unreliable.
It's not expensive to find an i5/7-3XXX to replace it with that would give you twice the power. Worth noting.
i can't afford a cpu right now so can i do something to improve the cpu?
If something's not working like it supposed to, there may be other issues that you can remedy. But if the problem is simply the CPU is too slow, then the curt replies to get a new CPU are dead-on; there's no magic to get an i3-3220 to be a better CPU than an i3-3220.
