This might be the issue—high temperatures can reduce the lifespan of capacitors. I suspect some of them failed. It would be better to take the GPU to a service center so they can identify which capacitor is dead and replace it. If it's a capacitor-related problem, it should be resolved. Fixing it now could save you money later. If you bought the GPU used, the overheating might be due to old thermal paste. Changing it earlier might have prevented this, but it's already too late. If you have time, take it to service and hope for a fix.

Have you purchased the GPU from a retail store or a used marketplace?

Ensure it's covered under warranty and inform them of the situation. If they can't repair it, you'll receive a replacement or it may take time—possibly a week or longer depending on the shop and circumstances. Avoid triggering any action if they don't return it after a week or more.

It's crucial to note that touching the graphics card internally would void the warranty. The moment you handle any part of it, such as a backplate, your warranty is lost. The recommended action is to bring it back, as previously advised.

Yeah, you're correct about it getting too hot. But can you explain how it got so hot? I never used it, just accidentally created some intense heat. Also, I didn't apply thermal paste, since I didn't assemble the PC myself. The shop assembled it, where I purchased the computer. Plus, the GPU stopped working after a day of use.
