Sorry, I overlooked mentioning this. I considered it but was unsure if the cooling is sufficient. I only have the CPU fan from the CPU and one extra at the back of my case. Perhaps I should add more cooling before making any changes? Or is D.O.C.P. acceptable with this setup?
The processor won't adjust; the issue lies with the RAM rate. Note that on certain platforms it might also be referred to as XMP.
Activating DOCP causes minimal additional load on the CPU, making it a safe choice to enable.
