Guild Wars 2 performance with a Ryzen 2700 or similar would be solid, especially in dense gameplay zones. It should handle the action well without major bottlenecks.

The required specifications call for a Core2Duo processor. An 8-core, 16-thread, 4.1GHz 2700 MHz CPU would be suitable.

I retain the suggested specs for the latest release but it lags significantly. It's a previous quad-core processor running at 3.6GHz, though I was interested in comparing its performance to Ryzen options from users who play the same game.

GW2 performance should remain similar to previous versions even with increased IPC and higher clock speeds. It shouldn’t gain advantages from additional cores. With Ryzen, it offers better IPC and stable clock rates, making it more efficient than older i5 K-series processors. The extra threads on an i7 don’t provide significant benefits either.

Thank you. My focus was on whether the system could operate seamlessly once the game's requirements are met.
