It doesn't imply all other chips are 64-bit compatible, nor does it mean the manufacturer created a driver for it. If only 32-bit drivers existed, you'd have to run on a 32-bit operating system.

Since 2004 most desktops used chips of the same bit size. In the 2010s operating systems shifted more toward 64-bit support. I attempted to run a 64-bit version of Vista on a laptop from 2008 that only had 32-bit drivers, but it didn’t work.

Someone mentioned that Windows 7 and later versions support both 32-bit and 64-bit editions. However, you'll have to reinstall the operating system.

It seems like it's likely adjusted in the customization options.

You can simply get Windows 7 from the official Microsoft download site—click the link provided. The process may need a Windows product key if both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are available; you can acquire them together. If you’re unsure where your key is or how to locate it, check this Microsoft support guide: "Find your Windows product key."
