Hello everyone, I’m planning to upgrade my MSI z390-a pro board to one that supports argb functionality, since my current board doesn’t have it. I’m running an i7-9700KF, paired with an MSI RX 2070 Ventus graphics card, DDR4 RAM, and a GPU Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 RGB. My case is built with FSP CMT340.
Most LGA 1151 boards don’t support ARGB, so you’ll have fewer options on eBay. You can use external RGB controllers instead, or switch to a different platform and replace the 9700KF with something like a 5600K for better value after resale.
