Timing is working properly but frequency remains missing. Adjust BIOS settings to set frequency at 3200 and increase SOC voltage to 1.15V.

Repeat the process by increasing the memory frequency step by step—2400, then 2666, 2933, and finally 3200—to observe any improvements.

Perform a full CMOS reset to clear the BIOS settings and attempt the process once more. If it fails, consider updating to a newer BIOS version to check for compatibility issues.

Honestly id just return those sticks, you really dont wanna run quad rank unless you are overclocking specific ics and need lots of ram capacity at the same time, usually 4gbit e die in a 4x8 config or 8gbit b die in a 4x16 config since you dont seem particularly interested in oc just swap for a normal 2x32 kit and buy some dummy sticks if you want all 4 slots filled, dual rank will be alot less of a hassle than quad rank atleast if were looking at xmp and meh ryzen cpu imc
