I'm sorry to repeat this, Jurrunio. The CPU speed came back down to its base rate of 3.4 GHz after overclocking. It seems disabling 'Intel Speedstep Technology' might help, since it's already active. (It helps the system adjust voltage and frequency, which can lower power use and heat.)

This happened because you surpassed the turbo time limit, which was set for basic VRM on the board. If you want better cooling, add a high-speed fan and include heatsinks with the VRM. Then push power and current limits to their maximum.

Check the available settings first. Don't adjust anything until the power supply is stable, it's still quite limited.
