Consider this unusual suggestion. Mount your second 2TB SATA drive while removing the M.2 card. Once everything is set up and functioning, reinsert the M.2 unit and verify Windows recognizes it. Make sure you pick the correct driver for booting. In BIOS, locate the 2TB controller and confirm it appears. Review the drivers linked to the disk in Device Manager—look for any non-Microsoft entries under the driver provider. Export all relevant drivers to a folder on your installation media by following the instructions in the provided guide. During Windows setup, use CMD.exe with SHIFT+F10 to run commands that check for pending device updates. If you're unsure about the outcome on your actual hardware, try it in a virtual environment first.

I have located all devices in an error condition with no driver installed, and I cannot find any device that would block detection of your drive. The identified components include: acpi\amdif031 AMD GPIO 3 Controller, acpi\amdi0052 AMD GPIO 2 ven_1022&dev_790b, AMD SMBus ven_1002&dev_164E, AMD Radeon ven_10EC&dev_8125 Realtek Net ven_14C3&DEV_0616, MediaTek Wi-Fi ven_1022&dev_1649, and Logitech HID. How did you set up your installation media? Did you download the official Windows 11 creation tool?
