You can upgrade Windows 10 to a newer version without installing the newest release by using the built-in update tools. Since you're at 1803 and want to reach 1809, check the Windows Update section in Settings > Update & Security. If available, you can manually select the older version and proceed to the newer one. Alternatively, use the "Update Options" feature to pause the update process and choose your preferred version. This way, you avoid downloading the latest version directly.

Do you possess an ISO? You should be able to launch the setup app from it and complete updates entirely offline. Alternatively, you can run LTSC 2019, which is based on 1809 and continues to receive security updates.

Hi buddy, I just took a quick look at this and I think the only option would be for you find an 1809 ISO and do the upgrade from there. The only real issue with this method would be where does the ISO come from. I'm sure you'll get a load of hits on various Torrent or NZB sites but your run the risk of your PC catching Covid 23. I couldn't see anything on Microsoft's website relating to a repository of old versions to download.

yea im assuming that what would have to do, was just hopeing there would be alternate than doing it everytime. so assume for me guess just better to wait since its litterly only one version behind one want to be at, thanks guys i guess i'll just wait till want to go even newer once hear stuff i use that sopped working is patched by devs or ms.
