From what I understand, SIV must start up automatically for the smart fan adjustments to work. Otherwise, the fans seem to rely on BIOS configurations. I have three identical case fans connected to headers 1, 2, and 4 of a Gigabyte Aorus Master motherboard. On Smart Fan 5, each fan displays unique maximum and minimum RPM values, with one lacking any details. I've set all three fans to the same VMOS temperature setting that remains constant. The Smart Fan 5 Auto mode also applies different curves for each fan. Additionally, the CPU fan curve fluctuates. It appears using BIOS settings might be more reliable instead of relying on software.

In BIOS three fans matching the VMOS temperature operate at varying speeds. One spins significantly faster. Additionally, the hardware info shows the AIO pump spinning at 2000 RPM while another fan runs at 5000 RPM—uncertain about its purpose.

Verify that every fan or pump is linked to the appropriate connectors. A faulty Tachometer on a fan isn't out of the question.
