1) Place your flash drive (it will get formatted)
2) Execute MCT
3) Choose Create a USB Installer
4) Pick the correct drive from the options
5) Click OK and wait for completion
6) Connect USB to your new PC
7) Turn on the system and press boot menu key
8) Choose USB from the list and press Enter
9) Proceed with the installation guide as usual
10) When prompted, select "I Don't Have A Key" and pick the desired Windows version from the list
After finishing, your PC will be set up with Windows, you can then purchase a key from any location and activate it.
