Hello. I just upgraded my PC except for the graphics card. Here are the details: CPU – AMD Ryzen 5 3600, 3.6 GHz, 35MB (turbo 4.2GHz), GPU – GeForce GTX 1060, 6GB dual memory, RAM – Corsair 16GB (2x8GB), DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Vengeance, PSU – Corsair TX550M 550W, Cooler – be quiet! I started by configuring the X.M.P profile for RAM at 3200MHz and adjusted the voltage on the CPU from 1.390 to 1.120. The system has been running smoothly for weeks, with much lower idle temperatures than before. When I’m streaming, gaming, or using Photoshop or FL Studio 20, the temps drop noticeably. I’ve heard Ryzen processors gain a lot from faster RAM speeds and my motherboard supports up to 4133MHz, though I probably won’t push it that high. I’m unsure about the exact timings and wanted some advice on safely overclocking. I’m a bit worried about damaging the hardware, so any tips or precautions would be appreciated. Thanks for your help!
