It's been mentioned before, but Steam support is very poor. Last week I managed to log in without issues. The next day I tried again and was told I was offline, needing my password. I hadn't needed that in a while, so I probably forgot it. I went to settings and clicked the password reminder option, but the verification code hasn't come yet. These emails usually arrive right away or within minutes. It's been two days. I can't post on Steam forums because they won't let me log in, and they don't seem to have a contact number. Why isn't there a standard way to get help? I was hoping to buy Transistor on sale, but it might be sold out before the problem gets fixed.

Do you prefer Hotmail or Outlook? I changed my email to Gmail since it sometimes delayed delivery and even basic logins were tricky.
