the physics are worth the 4$ alone, it's just for fun to experiment with
Not too long ago the entire set was just five dollars. I considered Gorilla to be a lot of mindless entertainment. I tried it for the first time last year and completely missed its age. It looked great and moved smoothly.
It's okay to try it out. I liked the game, though it doesn't explore the story as much as I'd prefer since you don't get to know the characters well. I still suggest avoiding Red Faction Armageddon—it's been heavily altered with a surprising ending. Red Faction 1 stands out as the strongest in the series. Red Faction 2 is decent but not great, yet it's still fun.
I enjoyed the experience because it brought me back to playing. The destructible environments were a nice touch. The graphics aren’t as groundbreaking as some games today, so it’s not the biggest focus.
