Gtx660 max stable clocks?
Gtx660 max stable clocks?
Hi,
I'm looking for information on suitable gaming clock speeds for my ASUS GTX660 DirectCU II OC. I understand that overclocking varies per card, so I want to know about the maximum stable clocks and whether it's worth it. Also, how many frames per second could I potentially achieve?
Thanks
Poge
I could only increase 40/50Mhz on my 660, but it was already overclocked as the EVGA Superclocked model. I don't remember the original speed, maybe around 1150Mhz. You won't gain much extra performance, but it's good to have a free boost if you can make it stable. Try adding 10Mhz at a time and see if it works.

What about mV and memory clock? I didn't adjust the voltage and, regarding the memory clock, I'm not sure how it went, but I can't recall it well. Maybe you'll be lucky with your card.
